Sin to be Tricked?

Is it a sin to believe another person's lie? If you were stupid enough to be tricked by that person, have you sinned?

No, it is not a sin to believe another person's lie. Presumably the person lied because he wants you to believe him. Therefore if a person is taken in by the lie he has not sinned. (Of course, the person lying sinned).
