Is there a prayer for embarking on a voyage?

Yes, there is. The Talmud in Tractate Berachot, 29b, teaches that someone who sets out on a journey must pray that he completes it safely. That is why the Rabbis composed the Wayfarer's Prayer called Tefillat HaDerech in Hebrew (found on page 222 in the ArtScroll Siddur).
