Blessing after Danger

I was in a car accident recently. Someone told me that there is a prayer I should say whenever I pass the location of the car accident. It this true? And if it is true, what should I say?

There is a special blessing that is recited when a person passes the spot that they were saved from a life threatening situation. It is not said unless there was a real danger to one's life. Also, it is only recited when the person has not passed the place within the past thirty days. 

The blessing is: Blessed are You, God, King of the Universe, who made a miracle for me in this place.
