Chapter 103 is considered to be a very auspicious chapter for having children. However, it is not only 103. I recommend that any chapters in the Book of Psalms that the person reciting them finds particularly personal are applicable. The chapters can be said in English and when they are recited the person should just let the astonishingly poignant and beautiful words come out of their mouth and into their heart and then let them soar up to God.
