I have the custom of reciting the morning blessings at home before going to the synagogue. When I reached the synagogue, I was asked to lead the prayer – which entails saying these blessings again. What should I have done?

The correct thing would be to ask someone else to recite the blessings in the synagogue, and then for you lead the rest of Shacharit (morning prayers).
