Miracles

Do miracles occur in the present? If they do, how do they compare to Biblical miracles?

The world is replete with miracles both on a national level and on an individual level. The difference between our era and the Biblical one is that in the Bible they were perhaps more obvious than nowadays. For example (one of many, many others), the Six Day War was as miraculous as any Biblical war and it was recognized as such in the immediate aftermath. After a while everyone became so accustomed to the victory that people began to think that the IDF was the reason for the incredible victories and not God.
