Challenge with Observance

Question:

A relative is showing signs of having some difficulty with the same degree mitzvah observance and I would like to help but don't know how to. Would you please have someone contact me to speak with? Thank you so much!

AskTheRabbi.org answered:

It sounds unpleasant and my heart goes out to you, but please keep a positive outlook and I hope and pray that your concerns are resolved very soon.

Personally, I would recommend that you try contacting the Gateways offices directly. Gateways contact information is :
Email: office@gatewaysonline.com
800-722-3191 - 845-352-0393

Please tell them that you made an initial contact with the Ask the Rabbi site and that you were recommended to contact them directly.
