According to the Rabbis each plague lasted one month (three weeks of warnings and one week of plague) except for the third, sixth and ninth plagues that had no warning just a week of plague. That means that all together the whole process until the Exodus lasted approximately one year plus the week that it took to get to the Red Sea.
