Question:

Who was Korach and what was his relationship with Moses?

AskTheRabbi.org answered:

Korach was Moses' first cousin. He was a brilliant and charismatic person and believed that he deserved more recognition and power than he received. Due to his intense jealousy he fermented a rebellion against Moses which led to his downfall.
