Is it bad that you feel anger? Yes, I think that it is for two reasons. First, I am not sure that it is correct to describe most people as doing more bad than good. I am also not sure that it is fair to label them hypocrites.
Yes, it is true that most of us could do a lot better than we are currently doing, but we are all human and can only try to overcome personality traits and desires we all have. Some people manage to overcome the most incredible negative dimensions in their lives but we may not see what they have done. We may just see them getting momentarily upset and behaving inappropriately. Is it fair to judge them for that? I don't think so.
I am sure that there are things that I myself do that could easily be judged negatively by others and I do not want them to make a snap judgment about me and my character so I must try not to the same to others.
We are taught: "Judge every person favorably" and "Do not judge your fellow until you have stood in his place." (Pirkei Avot)
Another reason that it is wrong in general to get upset and angry with others is that walking around with so much anger can turn you into an angry person and that is not something that anyone should have to live with.
