Individual's History in the Torah

Question:
I heard that our births and names and marriage and death are in the Torah. Is this true?

AskTheRabbi.org answered:
The Ramban, Rabbi Moshe ben Nachman (Nachmanides) is of the opinion that that is true but one needs to be an expert in all the hidden dimensions of the Torah to be able to identify them.
