Beach During the Nine Days

Question:

Is it permissible the go to the beach during the nine days if I don't go swimming, but just sit and relax in a beach chair?

AskTheRabbi.org answered:

Yes, it is permissible to do so. You should just be careful not to be enticed by the refreshing blueness of the ocean into swimming!
