During the time of the Judges and later the Kings of Israel, did the Jewish People all come together for the Festivals (Succot, Pesach, Shavuot) or did they celebrate with their tribes?

The Tribes would all gather together to celebrate. In the time of the Tabernacle they would all travel to wherever the Tabernacle was and they would celebrate together there. Once the Temple was built everyone would come to Jerusalem to celebrate
