Two Torah scrolls are taken out and read from. The first Torah Reading (from the first scroll) is from Genesis 21:1-34. The second Torah Reading (from the second scroll) is from Numbers 29:1-6. The Haftara is read from the Book of Samuel from the very beginning until chapter two verse ten.
