Secondly, it is important that you conserve your strength so you must learn how to concentrate on cleaning out the Chometz in your home and not to worry about the dust and the spring-cleaning. There are several web sites that will have Pesach insights into what absolutely needs to be cleaned and what does not - you can start perusing them now and you will see that there is less for you to worry about than you thought!
