Conversion and Peyot

Question:

Will I have to grow peyot if I convert to Judaism?

AskTheRabbi.org answered:

No. There is no obligation for a Jew or a convert to grow Peyot. However, you will have to leave a certain small amount of hair growing in from peyot area and not remove it all.
